摘　　要：聚合物固体酸催化合成丙烯酸双酯具有产物纯化工艺简单、产率高的优点 .实验中合成了以交联酚醛树脂为载体的固体酸 ,探讨了酚醛摩尔比 ,浓硫酸用量对催化活性的影响 .发现苯酚∶甲醛∶浓硫酸 =1∶0 .70∶0 .8,该催化剂对丙烯酸酯化反应有较好的催化活性 .固体酸重复使用五次 ,丙烯酸的转化率仍可达到 91 % .Synthesis of acrylates with solid acids as catalyst is characterized by purity of product,simple technique and high productivity.The paper introduces the synthesis of solid acids with the sulfonic cross-linking phenol-aldhyde as carrier.It also analyzes the effect of the ratio of phenol to aldchycle and the amount of sulfuric acid on the catalytic activity.
