摘  要:对中温煤焦油中各种类型的Fe进行分离,采用ICP测定煤焦油中各种类型Fe的含量,利用SEM、EDX、FTIR、XRD、元素分析等手段对煤焦油中甲苯不溶物进行表征。实验结果表明,煤焦油中甲苯不溶物Fe含量占总Fe含量的66.64%(w),油溶性Fe含量占总Fe含量的33.03%(w),水溶性Fe含量总Fe含量的0.33%(w)。表征结果显示,煤焦油中甲苯不溶物芳构化程度较高,有机物多为稠环芳烃类物质,Fe可能与含有硫、氮、氧等杂原子的稠环芳烃类物质相结合;甲苯不溶物中少量的Fe存在于黏土类矿物质中,这部分无机矿物质可能来源于煤炼焦时带入的灰分。Different types of Fe in medium temperature coal tar were separated and determined by means of ICE Toluene-insolubles in the coal tar were characterized by means of SEM, EDX, FT1R, XRD and element analysis. The experimental results showed that, toluene-insoluble Fe, oil-soluble Fe and water-soluble Fe in the coal tar were 66.64%(w), 33.03%(w) and 0.33%(w) of the total Fe content, respectively. The characterization results showed that the toluene-insolubles in the coal tar had high degree of aromatization and contained a lot of polycyclic aromatics. Fe might be combined with the polycyclic aromatics containing sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen and other heteroatoms. A small amount of Fe in the toluene-insolubles existed in clay-like inorganic minerals which might derive from coking coal ash.
