摘  要:以无水MgCl_2为载体、TiCl_4为催化剂主体,通过添加改性试剂得到乙烯聚合用Ziegler-Natta催化剂(记为BCN催化剂)。利用滴定法、分光光度计、SEM等方法表征了BCN催化剂的各组分含量及形貌,并通过乙烯淤浆聚合研究了其氢调性能。表征结果显示,BCN催化剂的Ti含量(8.9%(w))较高,呈较规整的类球形,平均粒径为6.28μm,粒径分布集中。实验结果表明,BCN催化剂具有较高的催化活性且氢调敏感性优异,当p(H_2)∶p(C_2H_4)在(0.28∶0.45)^(0.68∶0.05)间变化时,聚乙烯的熔体流动指数(10 min)可在0.91~1 000 g以上的宽范围内调节。采用BCN催化剂所得聚乙烯粉料的粒径分布集中,有利于聚乙烯生产装置长周期平稳运行。A Ziegler-Natta catalyst(BCN) with MgCl2 as support and TiCl4 as main part of the catalyst for ethylene polymerization was prepared by the addition of a modifier. The chemical composition and morphology of the BCN catalyst were characterized by means of titration, spectrophotometer and SEM. The results showed that, Ti content in the BCN catalyst with spherelike morphology was high up to 8.9%(w), the average particle size was 6.28 gm and its distribution was narrow. The hydrogen sensitivity of the BCN catalyst was studied. It was indicated that, the BCN catalyst had high activity and high hydrogen sensitivity in the slurry polymerization of ethylene. When P(H2) : p(C2H4) was between (0.28 : 0.45)-(0.68 : 0.05), the melt index(10 min) of the product polyethylene(PE) was adjustable between 0.91-1 000 g. The particle size distribution of the product PE synthesized was narrow, which was beneficial to steady long period running of PE plants.
