摘 要:建筑企业研发不足已成为我国企业科技进步与创新发展的一大障碍,面对激烈的国际市场竞争,各地区特级资质建筑企业的科技创新能力与科技进步水平如何是一个值得深入研究的问题。采用DEATobit模型,分析了我国内地31个省(市、区)特级资质建筑企业的科技创新效率。研究结果表明,2011-2013年我国特级资质建筑企业整体发展水平有所上升,但地区发展不平衡,东中部地区明显优于西部地区,部分地区特级资质建筑企业出现投入冗余、产出亏损。在科技创新效率影响因素的检验中发现,人力和财力投入并非越多越好,资源之间的匹配度很重要。The development of construction enterprises shortage has become a major obstacle to ousmess aeveiopment and technological progress and innovation in China. In the face of fierce competition in the international market,it is a key issues that how are the real innovation capability and technological level scientific and technological progress the regional premium quality construction companies. As used herein, DEA Tobit model of science and technology input and output efficiency of 31 provinces and premium quality construction companies were analyzed and found that our premium quality construction enterprises in the years from 2011 to 2013, the overall level has rise, but regional development imbalances, eastern and central regions is much better than the development of the western region, parts of premium quality construction busi- ness investment appears redundant, output loss. In science and technology efficiency factor test, the findings are not human and financial investment in better matching of resources is an important one.
