摘　　要：大孔树脂是20世纪60年代末发展起来的一类有较好吸附性能的有机高聚物吸附剂。大孔树脂吸附技术在医药领域有着较为重要的应用,近年来,其已广泛应用于中药有效成分的提取、分离、纯化工艺。分别从中药或天然药物中活性单体成分的分离纯化、中药复方制剂的分离纯化,以及树脂混用和联用技术3个方面介绍大孔吸附树脂应用,为大孔吸附树脂在药用植物有效成分分离和复方制剂的纯化中的应用提供参考。Macroporous adsorptive resin is a class of organic polymer adsorbent which has good adsorption properties, developed in the late 1960s. The adsorption technology of macroporous adsorptive resin has more and more important application in the field of medicine. Recently, it has been widely used in the extraction, separation, and purification processes of the active ingredients of herbal. This paper reviewed the applications of macroporous adsorptive resin in the isolation and purification of the active monomer components from Chinese materia medica and the mixed and combined application of resin, so as to provide the references tbr the use of macroporous adsorptive resin in the separation of natural products.
