北宋士人的地理意识与家乡观念——从欧阳修的“思颖”与“薄吉州”入手

摘  要:南宋笔记对欧阳修的"思颖"多有批判,赵翼也说"宋时士大夫多不归本籍"。考察有关诗文,结合北宋社会政治背景发现,北宋士大夫的不归本籍,缘于他们丰富的地理经历和融通的地域观念,与北宋皇帝对官员的防范、猜忌有关,也出于他们对家族长远发展的考虑,并非鄙薄家乡不愿回去。绝大多数的北宋士人对人地关系的理解更开放、更融通,自认是"东西南北之人"。无论在哪里,他们都能保持无根无住、适性自由的生命状态。这种状态肇始于中唐的白居易的"大抵心安即是家",至北宋得到了较大范围的发展。The Southern Song Dynasty notes mostly criticized the concept of Ouyang Xiu' s "despise of JiZhou". Zhao Yi al- so mentioned "most northern Song Dynasty Scholars do not return to hometown". Through analysis of poetries and proses, com- bined with the social and political background of the Northern Song Dynasty, there are multiple reasons for this. First, they pos- sess wealth experience of geography and regionalism. The second is the suspicion of the emperor to the officer. Third, they con- sidered more of the hometown's long-term development. This phenomenon does not lead to the conclusion that Northern Song Dynasty' s scholars despised their hometown. Most scholars considered themselves as residents of every town, and they can adjust to different geographical conditions and adapts a free state of life.
