摘　　要：土地利用转型涉猎的学科很广,尽管国内外在土地利用转型方面的研究取得巨大成效,但也仍有研究空白点存在。利用国内外研究成果理顺土地转型文献之间的关系,从土地利用转型概念与内涵、土地利用转型驱动力、土地利用转型结构等方面进行详细论述,提高对土地利用转型的系统认识。The subject of land use transition is very wide, in spite of the great achievements in the study of land use transition at home and abroad, there are still some gaps in the research. The purpose of the study is to sort out literatures of land use transition by using the research resuhs at home and abroad, to give a detailed discussion from the concept and connotation of land use transformation, the driving force of land use transition, transformation of land use structure and so on, thus to deepen the understanding of land use transition.
