摘　　要：针对京广高铁高压电缆检修中发现的外护套破损造成的绝缘电阻下降且故障点查找困难的问题,研制了高压电缆屏铠接地在线智能监测装置。该装置采用真有效值测量法,实时在线监测运行高压电缆的金属护层电流,实现了高压电缆故障的早发现、早预警、早处理。装置成品已经在京广高铁鹤壁东等牵引变电所投入运行,效果良好。Aiming at the insulation resistance decrease and fault point finding problem because of the outer sheath broken in High-volt- age cable maintenance of Beijing-- Guangzhou High-speed rail, we developed on-line intelligent monitoring device for High-voltage screened armour cable grounding. The device adopts the method of measuring true effective value, real-time monitors metal sheath cur rent in running high-voltage cable, realizes the early discovery, early warning, early treatment of the high voltage cable fault. The de- vices has been put into operation in traction substations of Beijing--Guangzhou high-speed rail, such as Hebi and so on, the result is good.
