疏血通注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:分析疏血通注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的文献,以了解其临床应用情况,为临床用药提供参考依据。方法:从中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、万方学术期刊全文数据库中检索疏血通治疗进展性脑梗死相关文献,从文献计量的角度,分析其外部特征和内容特征。结果:共纳入文献57篇。发表机构中,县市级发表机构较多。研究类型以随机对照试验为主,用药疗程多为14 d,剂量以每日6 m L为主,溶媒多使用0.9%的氯化钠注射液,与抗血小板聚集、抗凝血等药物联合应用的情况较多,共有21篇文献报道了61例不良反应,多为过敏反应。结论:疏血通治疗进展性脑梗死的临床用药方面多数遵照说明书,但仍需注意疗程、剂量、溶媒、联合用药等多个方面,预防不良反应的发生。Objective： To analyze the literature of Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction to understand its clinical application, so as to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods： Analyzed the external features and content features based on the retrieved related literature of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction through Chinese Journal Full-text Database, VIP Chinese Journal Database, and Wanfang academic periodical full text database. Results： A total of 57 articles were collected through the database. Most of the articles were published from country-level agencies. The major study method is randomized controlled trial. Most of the treatment course was 14 days, daily dosage was 6 mL, and 0.9% of Sodium Chloride Injection was the major solvent. Most treatments were combined with anti platelet aggregation and anticoagulant drugs. A total of 21 papers reported 61 cases of adverse reactions, mostly allergic reactions. Conclusion： Most of the clinical medicine in Shuxuetong injection in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction were followed the instructions, but still need to beware of treatment course, dosage, solvents and combined medication to prevent the adverse reactions.
