三伏天穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察三伏天穴位贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将64例脾肾阳虚型哮喘患儿随机分为两组，对照组31例于三伏天开始予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服治疗3个月，治疗组33例在对照组的基础上采用三伏天穴位贴敷，贴敷1个疗程，两组患儿在治疗期间如遇哮喘急性发作，均予相应短期抗炎、平喘等综合治疗。观察中医症状积分，肺功能大、小气道指标（FEV1、PEF、MEF75、MEF50、MEF25、MEF25～75）治疗前后变化．结果：治疗组总有效率为90．9％，优于对照组的67．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前后两组中医症状积分，肺功能指标FEV1、PEF、MEF75、MEF50、MEF25、MEF25～75组内比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组中医症状积分，肺功能指标FEV1、PEF、MEF75、MEF50、MEF25、MEF25～75优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：三伏天穴位贴敷可减少脾肾阳虚型哮喘患儿的中医症状积分，改善哮喘患儿的肺功能指标，进一步提高治疗脾肾阳虚型哮喘患儿的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of dog days acupoint application therapy on asthma with spleen kidney Yang deficiency. Methods： The 64 cases of patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 31 patients in control group were treated by Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets oral treatment for three months, and the 33 cases in the treatment group were treated with the dog days acupoint sticking based on the same treatment as the control group. During the treatment, corresponding short-term anti-inflammatory and smooth wheezing was applied for acute onset of asthma. Tradi- tional Chinese medicine symptom integral, large and small airway lung function index （FEVI, PEF, MEF75, MEF50, MEF25 and MEF25-75） were observed in two groups. Results： The total effectiveness was 90.9% in treatment group, which was better than the control group of 67.7%, and the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. The changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, pulmonary function index FEV1, PEF, MEF75, MEF50, MEF25, MEF25-75 in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After the treat- ment, the treatment group showed better TCM symptom score, pulmonary function index FEV1, PEF, MEF75, MEF50, MEF25, MEF25~75 than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion： The dog days acupoint application can reduce TCM symptom of spleen kidney Yang deficiency type of asthma, improve lung function indicators, and increase the clinical curative effect.
