功能锻炼配合中药熏洗对自体动静脉内瘘成熟的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨功能锻炼配合中药熏洗对自体动静脉内瘘成熟的影响。方法:选取行自体动静脉内瘘成形术的患者100例,将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用单纯功能锻炼的方法,治疗组采用功能锻炼配合中药熏洗的方法,对两组患者的首次穿刺成功率、并发症发生率、内瘘使用时血流量、内瘘成熟时间进行比较和分析。结果:对照组患者首次穿刺成功率、并发症发生率分别为76.00%、16.00%,治疗组患者分别为92.00%、6.00%,治疗组患者首次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者内瘘使用时血流量、内瘘成熟时间分别为(198.21±11.34)m L/min、(55.54±5.56)h,治疗组患者分别为(236.12±11.35)m L/min、(42.65±4.39)h,治疗组患者内瘘使用时血流量高于对照组,内瘘成熟时间早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能锻炼配合中药熏洗较单纯功能锻炼能够更好促进自体动静脉内瘘成熟,缩短内瘘成熟时间。Objective： To explore the effect of functional exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the maturation of arteriovenous fistula. Method： The 100 cases of patients with internal arteriovenous fistula were selected. And the patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 50 cases in each. Patients were given functional training in control group, and functional training as well as traditional Chinese medicine fumigationin treatment group. The success rate of first puncture, complication rate, blood flow volume of internal fistula and maturation time of internal fistula were compared between the two groups. Results： The success rate of first puncture, complication rate were respectively 76.00% and 16.00% in control group, and 92.00% and 6.00% in treatment group. The treatment group showed higher success rate of first puncture and lower complication rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The blood flow volume of internal fistula and maturation time of internal fistula were （198.21±11.34） mL/min and （55.54±5.56） h in control group, and （236.12±11.35） mL/min, （42.65±4.39） h in treatment group. The treatment group showed higher blood flow volume of internal fistula as well as earlier internal fistula than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion： Functional exercise combines with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a better effect on promoting the maturation of arteriovenous fistula and shortening the maturation time of internal fistula.
