土家族药红蜈蚣七与岩丸子复方水煎液对急性腹泻小鼠模型作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察土家族药红蜈蚣七与岩丸子复方水煎液方对大黄煎液致小鼠急性腹泻模型的影响。方法:将72只小鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、大黄煎液阳性对照组、复方高、中、低剂量实验组、蒙脱石散组。小鼠给予灌胃大黄煎液,构建急性腹泻模型,再分别给予高、中、低剂量复方煎液和蒙脱石散溶液,观察比较各组小鼠腹泻指数。结果:复方各剂量组腹泻指数明显低于大黄煎液阳性对照组(P<0.05),中剂量组效果最为明显。结论:红蜈蚣七和岩丸子复方水煎液均有较好的止泻作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of decoction, Hongwugongqi and Yanwanzi of The minority tujia which is mixed on diarrhea index in mice model induced by Chinese rhubarb decoction. Methods： The 72 acute mice were divided into 6 groups randomly,the blank group, the positive group of Chinese rhubarb decoction , compound high, medium and low dose experimental group, smectite group. The acute mice diarrhea model were introduced by giving Chinese rhubarb decoction, then, the Hongwugongqi and Yanwanzi decoction and smectite powder solution were fed so as to compare diarrhea index. Results ： The diarrhea index of compound each dose group is significantly lower than that of the positive group of Chinese rhubarb decoction（P〈0.05） ,in which the compound medium group is most significant. Conclusion ： The decoction of Hongwugongqi and Yanwanzi have good anti diarrhea effect.
