摘　　要：目的:建立简易的化学反应快速鉴别沉香中非法添加的松香酸。方法:采用乙酸乙酯提取、新制乙酸铜显色的方法快速测定沉香中是否添加了松香酸,并通过薄层色谱和液相色谱进行确认。结果:该方法能简易快速地对非法添加松香酸做出定性分析。结论:该方法操作简单、准确率高,能够方便、准确地检出沉香中添加的松香酸。Objective：To establish a simple chemical reaction method for the rapid identification of abietic acid by illegally-added in agilawood. Methods ： a new method for the identification of the rosin acid was established by using ethyl acetate extraction, and the Colour reaction were showed by copper acetate solution. Results： this method can be applied to analysis qualitatively of the illegal addition of rosin acid. Conclusion ： it is simple, accuracy and conveniently to detect abietic acid.
