摘　　要：郁病是临床常见的一类神志疾病,西医对此病束手无策,久治不愈。陈老师认为"肝气郁结,脾胃亏虚"为该病的主要病机,并自拟解郁颗粒,通过辨病与辨证结合,同时重视患者的心理疏导,形成了一个疗效确切、具有中西医结合特色的治疗思路,临床疗效显著。Depression as a kind of common mental disease,there is no better way to cure this disease to western medicine ,which is a highly persistent one. Professor Chen believes that ＂liver qi stagnation, and syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach is the main pathogenesis. He made Jieyukeli by himself , the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, and pay attention to the patient＇s psychological counseling at the same time, forming a curative effect, with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment thought of characteristics and clinical curative effect exact.
