摘　　要：目的:探讨自我效能理论在神经源性膀胱患者自主间歇导尿中的应用效果。方法:将45例神经源性膀胱患者随机分为观察组23例和对照组22例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施自我效能干预。比较两组间歇导尿情况,残余尿量,患者及家属认知和接受程度,以及第12周患者恢复自主排尿例数。结果:第4、6周,两组自主间歇导尿、被动接受间歇导尿、拒绝间歇导尿例数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者及家属对间歇导尿的认知和接受程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:有效的自我效能干预可以提高患者及家属对自主间歇导尿的认知和接受程度,从而使患者自主实施间歇导尿,对帮助患者重拾自信、实施居家自我照护、回归社会、减轻经济负担、节约医疗资源等具有积极意义。Objective： To investigate the application effect of self- efficacy theory in the intermittent self- catheterization of patients with neurogenic bladder. Methods： 45 patients with neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 23） and the control group（ n = 22）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the self- efficacy intervention was additionally implemented in the observation group,the intermittent catheterization of the patients,the volume of residual urine,acceptance and cognition of the patients and their families and the number of patients who restored automatic micturition in 12 th week were compared between the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the number of cases of intermittent self- catheterization,passive intermittent catheterization and refusal of intermittent catheterization in the 4th and 6th week between the two groups（ P 〈0. 01）; the comparison of acceptance and cognition of the patients and their families was significantly different between the two groups（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The effective self- efficacy intervention can improve the cognition and acceptance of the patients and families of intermittent self- catheterization,which can help patients regain confidence and return to society and reduce the economic burden as well.
