综合护理干预在99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预在99m Tc-MDP全身骨扫描中的应用效果。方法:将90例行99m Tc-MDP全身骨扫描患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者骨扫描图像质量、心理评估,采用自行设计的问卷对两组患者满意度、病情知晓情况进行调查。结果:观察组99m Tc-MDP全身骨扫描图像质量合格率为97.78%,明显高于对照组86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检查后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显低于检查前和对照组检查后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对病情知晓情况和对护理工作满意情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可降低影响因素对99m Tc-MDP全身骨扫描图像质量的影响程度,提高图像质量合格率和患者满意度。Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing 99 m Tc- MDP whole body bone scanning. Methods： 90 patients undergoing 99 m Tc- MDP whole body bone scanning were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 45 cases in each group）. The routine nursing measures was implemented in the control group and the comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group. The quality of scanning image,psychological evaluation,patient satisfaction and awareness of the disease of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The qualified rate of scanning image quality was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; the scores of SDS and SAS were significantly lower after the examination than those before the examination in the observation group and the scores were lower in the observation group than the control group after the examination（ P〈 0. 05）; the patient satisfaction and awareness of the disease of the patients were significantly superior to the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the influence factors on the quality of scanning image and improve the image quality and patient satisfaction.
