3种商品稀释剂对关中黑猪精液常温保存效果的研究

摘　　要：研究通过检测精子活率、质膜完整率、顶体完整率和线粒体膜完整率来评价3种商品稀释剂对关中黑猪精液保存的效果。结果表明,日本某稀释剂对关中黑猪精液常温保存效果要显著优于比利时以及英国某稀释剂(P<0.05),保存至第5天时日本某稀释剂组的精子活率仍达到0.75,大于比利时某稀释剂组的0.53和英国某稀释剂组的0.51。此外,保存至第5天精子活率、顶体完整率、线粒体膜完整率保存效果上,比利时某稀释剂组和英国某稀释剂组较为相近,而在对质膜完整率的保存效果上,英国某稀释剂组要显著优于比利时某稀释剂组(P<0.05),保存至第5天时质膜完整率英国某稀释剂组和比利时某稀释剂组分别为44.52%和32.48%。To evaluate the semen preservation effect of three kinds of commercial sperm extenders on Guanzhong black pig, we detected the sperm motility, membrane integrity, acrosome integrity and mitochondrial membrane integrity during sperm storage. Results showed that a certain kind of Japanese extender had the best preservation effect on Guanzhong black pig＇s sperm compared with the certain kind of Belgian extender and the certain kind of British extender（P 〈0.05）, the sperm motility of Japanese extender was 0.75, greater than 0.53（Belgian extender group） and 0.51（British extender group） when save to 5 days. In addition, the preservation effect of Belgian extender and British extender on sperm motility, acrosome integrity and mitochondrial membrane integrity had no significant differences（P〉0.05）. As for membrane integrity, the British extender group is better than the Belgian extender group（P〈0.05）, Save to 5 days membrane integrity rates were 44.52% and 32.48%.
