新美系猪生长肥育性能测定分析

摘　　要：为测定新美系猪生长肥育性能,试验选择生长发育正常、体重33.77 kg左右、系谱档案完整的新美系长白、大白、杜洛克和巴克夏母猪各12头,按品系分4栏饲养。预试期7 d,正试期83 d。试验期间,各品系猪饲喂相同营养水平饲粮(前期消化能13.58 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质16.07%;后期消化能13.40 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质14.66%),饲养试验结束时用B超测定试猪活体背膘厚。结果表明,试验全期,日增重,大白猪最高为780.12 g,巴克夏猪最低为702.93 g,大白猪日增重比巴克夏猪日增重显著高10.98%;料重比,大白猪最低为2.54,巴克夏猪最高为2.96;达100 kg体重日龄,长白猪、杜洛克猪和巴克夏猪分别比大白猪(164.02 d)多1.05 d、2.4 d和4.03 d,但各品系之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);达100 kg体重背膘厚杜洛克猪最低为10.72 mm,巴克夏猪最高为12.44 mm,但各品系之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在该试验条件下,新美系长白猪和大白猪的生长肥育性能较好,杜洛克猪次之,巴克夏猪较差。This experiment was conducted to investigate growth and fattening performance of New-US Breeds swine. 12 New-US Breeds Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc and Berkshire sows, normal growth and development,with body weight of about 33.77 kg, and have complete pedigree were selected, divided into four columns by species breeding. The test include 7 days＇ adjustment period and 83 days＇ formal experiment period. During the test, all of the pigs were fed with the same nutritional level diet（Prophase： DE 13.58 MJ/kg, CP 16.07%; Late Stage： DE 13.40 MJ/kg, CP 14.66%）, backfat thickness of all pigs were measured with a B-ultrasound at the end of the test. The results showed as follows, full test period, the average daily gains, Yorkshire was the highest, up to 780.12 g, Berkshire was the lowest for 702.93 g, the average daily gains of Yorkshire was 10.98% significantly higher than that of Berkshire（P0.05）; F/G, Yorkshire was the highest for 2.54, Berkshire was the lowest for2.96; the age at 100 kg, Landrace, Duroc and Berkshire respectively compared with Yorkshire（164.02 days＇）more than 1.05 days＇, 2.4 days＇ and 4.03 days＇, but there was no significant difference between four strains（P〉0.05）; Backfat thickness with age at 100 kg, Duroc was the lowest for 10.72 mm, Berkshire was the highest for12.44 mm, but there was no significant difference between four strains（P〉0.05）. In conclusion, under the experimental conditions, the growth and fattening performance of New-US Breeds Landrace and Yorkshire swine were the best, Duroc was the better, Berkshire was the worst.
