摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合蜡疗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将40例符合纳入标准的膝骨关节炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用针刺结合蜡疗治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗,治疗4星期。治疗前后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分表(VAS)、西安大略麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评价两组的临床疗效。结果治疗4星期后,治疗组患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分较对照组患者明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合蜡疗能减轻膝骨关节炎患者膝关节周围疼痛,改善膝关节功能障碍。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus keritherapy for knee osteoarthritis.Method Forty patients with knee osteoarthritis meeting the inclusion criteria were allocated,using a random number table,to treatment and control groups,20 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture plus keritherapy and the control group,acupuncture.Treatment was given for four weeks.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated using the Visual Analogous Scale（VAS） and the Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities Osteoarthritis Index（WOMAC） in the two groups.Result After four weeks of treatment,the VAS score and the WOMAC score decreased significantly in the treatment group of patients compared with the control group;there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus keritherapy can relieve pain around the knee and improve knee dysfunction in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
