《临床检验基础》中有关浆膜积液细胞检验内容的商榷

摘　　要：《临床检验基础》教材中关于浆膜积液细胞检验的内容存在与临床不衔接或有误导之处。浆膜积液细胞的直接分类法、教材内容布局、常规瑞-吉氏染色的图片偏少及质量保证措施不够深入等均会不同程度地影响或误导学生今后的临床工作,有必要调整浆膜积液细胞检验的教学课时数和教材内容、创新实验等,弥补医学检验教材与临床的差距。There still was a gap between the examination of the serous effusion cells in textbook and the clinical contents .The di-rect classification of serous membrane effusion cells ,the layout of the textbook content ,the lack of Wright’s staining’s pictures and insufficient quality assurance measures will affect or mislead the students ’ clinical work in the future .So according to the needs of clinic ,we adjustedclass hours and the contents and innovated the experiments tomake up for the gap between laboratory textbook and clinic .
