摘　　要：政党文化是一个复合型政治概念。在我党的正式文献中虽然并未直接使用这一概念,但在党的各个历史时期的建设实践过程中,已经明确体现出了政党文化建设的不同侧面并产生了积极的效果。深入研究政党文化建设,是适应新形势需要,加强党的自身建设,完成历史使命的迫切需要。本文以西柏坡时期的政党文化建设作为典型样本,从政党文化建设的历史背景、政党文化建设的主要内容、政党文化建设的当代启示三个方面进行了梳理,意在揭示政党文化建设的规律以及对当代政党文化建设的理论意义和实践意义。The party culture is a complex political concept. In the official documents of the C.P.C, although this concept was not directly used, in each historical period pects of the construction of the political culture of the Party positive effects. Indepth study of party culture construction of the Party construction practice, the different ashad essentially and clearly been reflected and had is an urgent need to adapt to the new situation, to strengthen the Party＇ s self construction and complete the historical mission. This article takes the construction of political culture in Xibaipo period as a typical sample, analyses from the three aspects, that is the historical background, the main content and the contemporary enlightenment of the construction of political culture of the Party, in purpose of revealing the law of the construction of the political culture of the party and the academic and practical significance of the construction of political culture.
