摘　　要：绿色建筑评价工具软件是一款基于《绿色建筑评价标准》GB50378—2014同时兼容地方绿色建筑评价标准的融入BIM技术的软件,可读取常见设计软件(CAD、天正、Revit)图纸、模型,并与常用专业性能模拟软件(PKPM、TAS、Stream等)实现模型共享;软件内置知识库、案例库、产品库,能够指导设计师完成绿色建筑从技术选择到报审的全过程,提高绿色建筑设计效率,目前在大型设计院、科研机构已经得到了广泛应用,对促进我国绿色建筑的发展具有重要的意义。Green Building Assessment Software is a tool based on the ＂Green Building Evaluation Standard＂ GB50378--2014 compatible with local Green Building Evaluation Standard BIM technology into the software, you can read common design software （CAD, TANGENT, Revit） drawings, models and be with the usual professiona performance simulation software （PKPM, TAS, Stream, etc.） to achieve the shared model. Software has built-in knowledge base, case base, portfolio, designers can guide the completion of green building technology choices from the examination of the whole process, improve green architectural design efficiency, currently it has been widely used in the design institute, research institutions to promote the development of green building
