摘  要:针对振动切削技术在带锯床行业的应用,设计研制了一种集振动调频与负载检测为一体的振动加工用工件微激振装置,并将该装置应用于金属带锯床.振动锯切实验中采集了4种工况下振动锯切与普通锯切的锯切负载数据.实验结果分析表明,采用该工件微激振装置可稳定地进行振动锯切.此外,在振动锯切过程中,有效地降低了平均锯切负载,提高了锯切效率.在满足带锯条与切屑有效分离的条件下,振动频率越高,振动锯切效果越明显.According to the vibration cutting technology used in band sawing machine industry,a micro-vibration device of workpiece for vibration machining with vibration frequency modulation and load detection was designed and developed firstly in the paper.Then the device was applied to the metal cutting band sawing machine,and the experimental study of the vibration sawing was carried out,from the experimental the sawing load data of the vibration sawing and the common sawing were acquired respectively in four cases.Experimental results show that the vibration sawing was carried out stably by using the micro-vibration device of workpiece,in addition,the average sawing load and the net cutting time could be effectively reduced in the process of vibration sawing,so as to improve the sawing efficiency.In the condition of the band saw could be separated effectively with chip,the higher the vibration frequency,vibration sawing effect is more obvious.
