摘　　要：为促使中国乡村聚落在城市化进程中的良性发展 ,以实际调查资料为基础 ,采用现象透析的方法 ,通过对乡村聚落转型期普遍存在的诸多空废式发展现象及其负效应性、普遍性、严峻性和深层次长效性的分析归结 ,提出了乡村聚落空废化概念 ,揭示了聚落空废化研究的重要现实意义 ,总结了聚落空废化问题量化分析的基本模型 。In order to prompt rural habitat of China to develop well in the course of urbanization, on the basis of investigation and taking the way of phenomena analysis, a good many empty disuse developing phenomena is summarized in rural habitat,the negative domino effect,catholicity,austerity & long effect are analyzed, which are brought by the empty disuse;the important value of studying the rural habitat empty disuse is pointed out; a concept of rural habitat empty disusing and a quantitative analysis model are put forward; and the basic ways of answering the habitat empty disusing are presented.
