摘  要:采用水溶液聚合法,利用廉价的海藻酸钠(SA)和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为母体,以丙烯酸(AA)为单体合成了海藻酸钠/羧甲基纤维素/丙烯酸双母系高吸水性树脂,通过对合成因素考察,优化了合成工艺条件。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表明PNaA(聚丙烯酸钠)链已接枝到海藻酸钠/羧甲基纤维素骨架上,电子扫描电镜(SEM)显示树脂表面具有交联结构形貌,该种结构的形成有利于树脂吸水性能的提高。吸液能力评价结果表明,当SA∶CMC=7∶3,引发剂(NH_4)_2S_2O_8(APS)用量为0.2 g,交联剂N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)用量为0.02 g和反应温度为70℃时,该树脂的吸水倍率可达686 g/g。A new absorbent resin is synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method using sodium alginate (SA) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as mother matrices and using acrylic acid (AA) as a monomer material.In order to optimize a synthesis route, synthesis factors were investigated.Fourier transform infrared spectrum showed that PNaA chains were grafted onto the framework of the resin.In addition, a scanning electron microscope (SEM) result exhibited that the resin surface was provided with crosslinking structures.The formation of the structure on the resin surface is in favor of the improvement for its water absorbent capacity. The evaluation results for water absorbent capacity presented when SA : CMC, APS( (NH4) 2S2O8), N'N methylene bis acrylamide (NMBA) and reaction temperature was 7 : 3, 0.2 g, 0.02 g and 70 ℃, respectively, the synthesis conditions were optimal.The resin' s water absorbency of 686 g/g distilled water can be attained.
