摘　　要：网络信息化时代背景下,任何工作的良好开展都离不开这一大环境,因此,网络成为思政教育的主要阵地,高校辅导员如何紧跟形势根据互联网的特征趋利避害,用积极健康的思想、文化、信息占领网络阵地,同时防止一些别有用心的人利用网络传播反动思想,毒害大学生的成长,对于高校的管理和思政教育新的挑战和机遇随之而来,这对从事思政教育工作的人员提出了更高的要求。高校辅导员更应该与时俱进,打破高校思政教育的瓶颈,充分利用网络信息化的时代特点,融汇贯通于学生思想政治教育工作中,扬长避短,促进当代大学生思想政治教育的发展。Under the background of network information era, the good development of any work are inseparable from the environment. Therefore, the network has been the main ground of the ideological and political education. The college tutors should know how to keep up with the situation according to the characteristics of the Internet the disadvantages, to take over main fronts of network position with advanced thoughts, culture and information. Meanwhile, we should prevent some people with ulterior motives to spread reactionary though by network, that maybe influence on students＇ growing up and development. In the era of laetwork information, the ideological and political education and the colleges management faces the new challenge and opportunity. The new era of ideological and political course in higher schools requires a higher standard of teacher ranks structure and quality. College instructors should keep paee with The Times, break the bottleneck of university education, make full use of the characteristics of network information age, and promote the development of the contemporary college students ideological and political edueation.
