摘　　要：在钯催化剂与有机膦配体作用下,在有机溶剂中由2-溴噻吩与氰基乙酸盐脱羧偶联制得2-噻吩乙腈;由2-噻吩乙腈通过还原制得2-噻吩乙胺。此路线绿色高效,避免使用剧毒的氰化钠,工艺简单,成本低廉,操作安全,是合成2-噻吩乙腈和2-噻吩乙胺的好方法。2-thiophene acetonitrile is prepared from 2-bromine thiophene and cyano acetate by decarboxylation coupling in organic solvent under the action of palladium catalyst and organic phosphine ligands,the 2-thiophene ethylamine is obtained from the reduction of 2-thiophene acetonitrile. The synthetic route is green and efficient,can avoid to use poisonous sodium cyanide,which implements simple process,low cost,safe synthetic operation of 2-thiophene acetonitrile and 2-thiophene rimantadine.
