摘  要:针对传统立磨在煤粉生产使用中出现的问题,设计一种主传动磨辊摩擦传动磨盘的新型立磨,满足立磨大型化发展的趋势要求,化解了立磨大型化设计中大型专用减速机和大型电机制造的瓶颈。同时与传统的主传动磨盘的立磨相比,立磨系统喂料量增加,提高产量,降低能耗和传动装置的力矩,从而有效地降低制造和运行成本,提高安全运转率,减少了维护、维修,真正实现节能粉磨。Contrary to emerging problems using in coal powder production for the traditional vertical mill, a new vertical mill of driving roller friction driven the gringding table was designed which meet the development trend of large-scale requirements for vertical mill,and resolve manufacturing bottleneck of large motor and gear units for design of large-scale vertical mill. At the same, compared with the traditional table driven mills ,the advantage is better feed material pull-in capability and productivity in vertical mill system ,lower power and torque of the gear units. Thus effectively the manufacturing and operating costs were reduced, and security operation rate was improved, maintenance and repair were reduced, which can truly achieve energy saving and efficient grinding.
