摘 要:将ZGMn13加热至1 050℃保温不同时间后进行水韧处理,再在150℃回火40 min、60 min、80 min和100 min,然后测定了各试样的硬度及冲击韧性,并结合显微组织的观察,研究了水韧处理保温时间及回火时间对ZGMn13组织性能的影响。结果表明:经过1 050℃水韧处理后,ZGMn13的组织为奥氏体基体及少量的马氏体和碳化物,适量的马氏体和碳化物能够显著提高钢的硬度,而奥氏体基体则保证高的塑性,因此能够获得较高的冲击韧性;水韧保温时间过长时,虽然有利于碳化物的溶解,但奥氏体稳定性上升,组织中马氏体和碳化物减少,使得钢的硬度降低,且奥氏体晶粒粗化,导致其冲击韧性降低。长时间回火后,水韧处理时获得的马氏体充分分解,虽然能够提高钢的冲击韧性,但会导致其硬度降低。After treated by water toughening at 1050℃ for different time, ZGMn13 was tempered at 150 ℃for 40 rain, 60 min, 80 min and 100 rain, then the properties of the samples treat by water toughening and tempering was determined and its microstructure was also observed respectively, the effect of holding time of water toughening and tempering on the microstructure and properties of ZGMn13 was discussed. The results show that the microstructure of ZGMn13 treated by water toughening at 1 050 ℃ is matrix of austenite and a small amount of martensite and carbide, and it shows good toughness which is derived from the higher hardness provided by the reasonable amount of martensite and carbide and the higher plasticity provided by the austenitic matrix. When the holding time of water toughening is too long, although more of the carbide dissolute, which can promote the stability of austenite, the hardness of the steel reduce because of the reduction of martensite and carbide and the coarsening of austenite grain, which leads to the reduce of toughness. After a long time tempering, the impact toughness of tested steel can be improved to a certain extent due to the decomposition of martensite obtained by water toughening, but the hardness decreases.
