摘　　要：为了实现车间数字化与智能化管理,需要构建设备信息化网络。针对出厂时没有配置以太网功能的西门子810D/840D数控设备,提出了采用BCNET-S7MPI适配器将MPI转换为以太网通信的方法,并在Visual Studio.Net环境下应用C#编程实现了数控机床网络监控系统的设计与开发,为制造执行系统(MES)与底层设备集成提供了新思路。In order to realize the digital and intelligent management of the workshop, equipment information network is needed. Use of BCNET-STMPI adapter to realize the Ethernet communication in SINUMERIK 810D 840D CNC system is proposed in this paper. Based on this, the design and development of the network monitoring system for CNC machine is accomplished by using C# programming under Visual Studio.Net and the effective integration between MES and eouinments svstem is zuaranteed.
