“一带一路”沿线国家的孔子学院发展模式探析

摘　　要：在"一带一路"建设中,孔子学院作为对外推广中国语言与文化的重要载体,在文化向度、提供教育公共产品、增进外国对中国的理解与共识上发挥着特殊作用。在"一带一路"沿线国家与地区,孔子学院还有较大的发展空间,需进一步明确发展目标、优化办学区位布局、克服语言与文化屏障。为在"一带一路"布局下实现孔子学院的可持续发展,需统筹内外教育资源,完善孔子学院在沿线国家的布局并规划好项目发展的长期目标。明确的角色定位、因时因地的办学、人才储备机制的完善与多元互动项目的开展,是实现孔子学院可持续发展的关键,进而推动中国与其他国家的多层级人文交流。Confucius Institute acts as an important promoter and carrier of Chinese language and culture overseas. It plays a special role in culture dimension, provision of public goods on education, promotion foreign understanding and consensus on China. There is still large room left for Confucius Institute to develop on the route of the Belt and Road Initiative, which needs to further clarify the development goals, to optimize regional distribution layout, and actively to overcome the barriers of language and culture. Confucius Institute should integrate its educational resources both within and outside of China, improving its layouts and long-term goals of educational projects with neighbouring countries on the route of China＇s B＆R Initiative. Its sustainable development model could be explored from the following four aspects, including a clearly defined role, the suitable timing and location to operate, good management of alumni networking and multilateral interaction. Ultimately it could create more cultural exchange opportunity for China to interact with other countries.
