摘　　要：作为电子商务结算的重要方式,电子支付对于电子商务的发展具有至关重要的作用,在一定程度上,只有电子支付得到广泛应用,电子商务才能充分发挥它的潜能。电子支付在便利交易、推动电子商务等方面发挥了积极作用,也被越来越多的消费者所接受,甚至将其作为首选的支付方式。电子支付作为新生事物,其中所牵涉的技术、行政监管以及多方当事人利益较为复杂,本文对电子商务支付中的相关法律问题进行分析与研究,以求有助于电子商务的良性可持续发展。As an important way of electronic commerce, electronic payment has a very important role in the development of electronic commerce. Keywords： forensic appraisal, empirical research, forensic appraisal complaint. To a certain extent, only the electronic payment has been widely used, e-commerce can give full play to its potential. Electronic payment has played an active role in facilitating trade, promoting electronic commerce and so on. It has been accepted by more and more consumers, even as the preferred payment method. Electronic payment as a new thing, which involves the technical, administrative supervision, as well as multi party interests are more complex. This paper analyzes and studies the legal issues related to the payment of e-commerce in order to help the healthy and sustainable development of e-commerce.
