摘　　要：文章从社会福利相关角度出发,运用数据包分析方法(DEA)评估合肥市的社会福利资源配置状况,建立社会福利绩效评估体系,并对合肥市社会福利现状和投入产出效率进行定量分析。结果表明:合肥市区和长丰县为DEA有效,其他地区DEA无效,并据此给出对策建议,以优化合肥市社会福利的资源配置效率。This paper using data envelopment analysis （DEA） method from the perspective of social welfare evaluates the status of Hefei＇s social welfare resources allocation, establishes social welfare performance evaluation system and makes a quantitative analysis of the current situation of Hefei＇s social welfare and input output efficiency. The results show that Hefei and Changfeng County is effective and other areas are ineffective in terms of DEA, so in order to optimize the resource allocation efficiency of the Hefei social welfare, we propose countermeasures and suggestions.
