摘　　要：文章主要介绍了航母舰面航空作业中人为差错及其表现形式,重点分析了人为差错产生的原因及其影响因素,提出了人为差错的预防和控制措施。This paper mainly introduces human errors and its manifestations in aircraft carrier shipboard aviation operations, and focuses on the analysis of the cause of human errors and its influence factors, and puts forward the prevention and control measures for human errors.
