在高职药物化学教学中融入绿色化学理念

摘　　要：绿色环保是社会发展的趋势，培养绿色环保的理念和技能是人才教育的责任。药物化学是高职高专药学类专业的核心课程，教学中尝试以绿色化学的12条原则为主线，引入实例，将绿色化学的理念和实施方法运用到药物化学的结构设计和工艺路线中，从而让学生理解绿色化学的12条原则，丰富学生关于药学领域的绿色化学经验和技能。Green environmental protection is the trend of social development, and the cultivation of green ideology and corresponding skills are becoming the responsibility of education. Medicinal chemistry is one of the core courses of pharmacy major in high vocational education. In this paper, the twelve principles of green chemistry were set to be the main line of teaching me- dicinal chemistry combined with multiple living examples applied the philosophy of green chemis- try and its implementation method to the drug structure design and process route. This way pro- moted students＇ understanding of the twelve principles of green chemistry, and enriched their green chemistry experiences and skills within the area of pharmaceutical sciences.
