摘  要:转子是汽轮发电机组的核心部件,需要承受高温、高应力、高转速等严苛工况条件。焊接转子是转子其中的一种结构,由于其结构焊缝的特殊性,通常会存在较多的焊接缺陷,而焊接缺陷会明显降低结构的承载能力,甚至会降低焊接结构的耐腐蚀和疲劳寿命。对焊缝进行无损检测,及时发现缺陷,采取修补措施,避免事故的发生,具有重要的意义。介绍了焊接转子研究的背景,总结了焊接转子无损检测技术的特点,阐述了国内外研究的热点,指出当前焊接转子无损检测技术的不足及难点,为今后焊接转子无损检测技术研究提供借鉴。The rotor is the core component of the turbogenerator, h needs to withstand high temperature, high stress, high-speed and other harsh working conditions. Welded rotor is a rotor with many welding defects for its special struc- ture of the weld. The welding defects will significantly reduce carrying capacity of the structure, or even reduce corro- sion and fatigue life of welded structures. Non-destructive testing of girth welds has great significance for detect iden- tification and taking remedial measures to avoid accidents. This paper describes the background of welding rotor re- search,sums up the welded rotor NDT technology features, elaborates research hotspot in China and abroad, points out that the current shortages and the difficulties in welded rotor non-destructive testing technology,which provides a reference for future research on rotor welding NDT techniques.
