摘　　要：目的探讨外侧锁定结合内侧重建钢板内固定治疗股骨远端陈旧性AO-C2、3型骨折的疗效。方法自2012-06-2014-12采用外侧锁定钢板结合内侧重建钢板内固定治疗14例股骨远端陈旧性C2、3型骨折。术后采用Merchan评定标准对膝关节功能进行评价。结果本组获随访平均17．5（12～24）个月，无骨不愈、钢板断裂及膝关节畸形发生。末次随访疗效按膝关节功能Merchan评分评定：优3例，良9例，可2例。结论外侧锁定解剖钢板结合内侧重建钢板治疗股骨远端陈旧性C2、3型骨折，固定可靠，术后可早期功能锻炼，可获得满意的短期临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of lateral locking plate plus reconstructive plate fixation for treatment of old AO-type C2,3 distal femoral fractures. Methods From June 2012 to December 2014, 14 patients with old closed distal femoral fracthres underwent open reduction and internal fixation using lateral anatomical locking plate and medial reconstructive plate. According to AO/ASIF classification, type C2 fractures in 9 cases and C3 in 5 cases. The knee function was evaluated according to Merehan system during follow-up. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 17.5 （12-24）months. No bone nonunion, plate breakage and knee deformity occurred. The results were excellent in 3 cases, good in 9 cases, and fair in 2 cases at the follow-up end. Conclusion Lateral locking plate combined with medial reconstructive plate fixation is effective for treatment of old distal femur type C2,3 fractures, which can achieve reliable fixation and satisfactory short-term clinical results.
