摘  要:[目的]探讨黄龙病侵染对红橘叶片离子组的影响。[方法]应用现代高通量离子组谱分析技术(ICP-OES和ICP-MS)研究了红橘感染黄龙病后叶片离子组变化情况。[结果]在检测到的22种矿质元素中,Ca、K、Mg、P、S、Se共6种元素在染病和健康植株间差异极显著(P<0.01),且在感染黄龙病的样品中的含量均低于健康植株;Al、Na、Fe和Mn 4种元素含量在染病和健康植株叶片中差异显著(P<0.05),其中,染病叶片中Al和Na含量高于健康植株,而Fe和Mn低于健康植株。[结论]通过探讨矿质元素变化与黄龙病侵染的关系,对全面理解柑橘黄龙病危害机理及染病后施肥管理措施的选择具有重要意义。[Objectivel The aim was to explore the effeets of Huanglongbing (HLB) infection on ionome in red tangerine (Citrus reticultica cv. Hon,~u) leaf. [Method] High-throughput ionomic profiling methods (ICP-MS and ICP-OES) were applied to investigate the ionome profiles in red tangerine leaves and their responses to the infection of HLB. [Result] Totally, 22 elements were detected in red tangerine leaf. Significance analysis of difference showed that among all the detected elements, 6 elements (i.e. Ca,K,Mg,P,S and Se) showed significant difference at P〈0.O1, and 4 elements (i.e. AI,Na, Fe and Mn) showed significant difference at P〈 0.05. The contents of Ca,K,Mg,P,S,Se,Fe and Mn were all lower in HLB infected leaves than in heahhy controls, and the contents of AI and Na, however, were higher in HLB infected leaves than in controls. [Conslusion] The data generated in this study could give insights into the HLB pathogenesis and could be t, sed for guiding adequale fertilization of HLB-diseased eitrus trees.
