摘　　要：通过研究影响封闭式基金价格报酬的主要原因,得出封闭式基金的价格报酬高于其自身的净值收益、开放式基金的净值收益和市场收益率,且影响封闭式基金价格报酬的主要原因是投资者情绪。By studying the major influential factors of closed-end fund price paid, it is concluded that the price of closed-end fund paid higher than its net income, open-end fund net income and market yields, and affect the price of closed-end fund is the main reason of the remuneration investor sentiment.
