评价盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片治疗儿童水痘的疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的观察并分析盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片在儿童水痘的治疗中的应用效果。方法选取60例水痘患儿,依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组使用利巴韦林进行治疗,观察组使用盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片进行治疗。结果两组治疗有效率、退热的时间、疱疹结痂的时间和总住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均不存在严重的不良反应。结论在儿童水痘的治疗中,盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片安全有效,可推广。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of valacyclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablets in the treatment of children varicella. Methods 60 cases of children with varicella, according to different treatment methods were included in the observation group and the control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group received ribavirin treatment, while observation group used valacyclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablets. Results The overall response rate, defervesce time, escharosis time and total hospital stay time in two groups had differences which were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; both two groups did not occur serious adverse reactions. Conclusion In the treatment of children varicella, valacyclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablets is safe and effective, which can be promoted.
