摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在神经根型颈椎病治疗过程中的临床护理意义。方法收集神经根型颈椎病病例120例,采用子午流注穴位推拿结合中药熏蒸疗法治疗,并在治疗过程中给予护理干预,每天1次,10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗20 d。治疗结束后比较患者治疗前后疼痛、颈椎功能及生活质量。结果治疗结束后患者疼痛计分和颈椎功能障碍指数明显降低(P<0.05),生活质量评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在子午流注穴位推拿配合中药熏蒸疗法治疗神经病型颈椎病过程中可以帮助患者减轻不良情绪,提高治疗效果,提高生活质量,预防和减少颈椎病的复发。Objective To explore the nursing intervention in the treatment on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type in the process of clinical nursing. Methods To collect 120 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, the meridional lingers acupuncture point massage combined with Chinese medicine fumigation therapy, and give nursing intervention in the treatment process, 1 time a day, 10 days for 1 course of treatment, treatment of 20 days in a row. After treatment compared before and after treatment in patients with pain, cervical spine function and quality of life. Results After the treatment of patients with pain score and cervical dysfunction index decreased obviously（P〈0.05）, the quality of life score increased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The nursing intervention in meridian massage lingers acupoint Chinese medicine fumigation therapy for the treatment of neuropathy in the process of the type of cervical spondylosis can help patients relieve bad feelings, improve the effect of treatment, improve the quality of life, to prevent and reduce recurrence of cervical spondylosis.
