制痂酊治疗老年患者Ⅱ期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察制痂酊治疗老年患者Ⅱ期压者疮的效果。方法将2011年1月至2015年1月我科带入共52例Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分成对照组(常规护理+康惠尔溃疡贴),实验组(制痂酊治疗),每组各26例,比较两种治疗方法的效果。结果实验组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,且创面的愈合时间明显短于对照组,两组比较均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论制痂酊在老年患者Ⅱ期压疮治疗效果明显,而且操作简单,费用低,患者的依从性高,痛苦小,护士的工作量小,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the medicoscab tincture in treatment of elderly patients with stage Ⅱ pressure sore effect. Methods 2011 January- 2015 January in our department into a total of 52 cases of Ⅱ pressure sore bedsore were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing ＋ Comfeel ulcer strap）, experimental group（medicoscab tincture treatment）, 26 cases in each group, compared the effects of two therapeutic methods. Results The treatment effects of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, and the wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group, two groups of P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Medicoscab tincture in aged patients Ⅱ pressure sore with bedsore treatment effect is obvious, and has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, high compliance of the patients, the pain is small, the workload of nurses, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
