规范化管理糖尿病护理小组提高专科护理质量的体会

摘　　要：目的研究探讨了规范化管理糖尿病护理小组对提高专科护理质量的情况。方法选择在2015年4月至2016年4月我院收治的160例糖尿病患者作为护理对象,按照随机数字表将其均分为两组,其中对照组患者给予常规传统护理手段,护理组则在其基础上加上了经过规范化管理的糖尿病护理小组的护理手段,再观察比较两组患者经过护理之后的疗效分析,并调查记录了两组患者及其家属对于我们护理的评分情况。结果两组患者在经过护理之后病情均有所好转,其中护理组患者的护理总有效率约为98.75%,而对照组患者的护理总体有效率约为88.75%;护理组患者及其家属对护理工作的评分平均值约为(97.67±2.18)分,而对照组患者及其家属对护理工作的评分平均值约为(89.55±3.98)分,通过对上述数据进行统计分析发现,上述实验数据之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对于糖尿病患者给予经过了规范化管理的糖尿病小组护理方式,可以更加高效地提升患者的治疗效果,提高患者及其家属的满意度,该方法具有进行临床推广的价值。Objective Study investigated a standardized management specialist diabetes care team to improve the quality of care situation. Method Select from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital 160 cases of diabetic recipients of health care, according to the random number table to be divided into two groups, the control group were treated with routine care of traditional means of care group at its based on the added care practices, through standardized management of diabetes care team, and then observed and compared the two groups of patients after treatment efficacy after analysis and investigation records of the two groups of patients and their families to our care rating situation. Result Two groups of patients after treatment are the better the condition, in which the nursing care of patients overall efficiency is about 98.75%, while the control group patient care overall efficiency is about 88.75%; care of patients and their families to care the average score was about（97.67±2.18） points, while the control group of patients and their families to care about the average score（89.55±3.98） points, by statistical analysis of the data found that the above experimental data between There was a significant difference（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion For diabetics given through a standardized management of diabetes care team, it can be more efficient and enhance patient outcomes, improve satisfaction of patients and their families, which has conducted clinical value.
