护理干预对老年痛风患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对老年痛风患者生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2014年5月至2016年5月我院收治的老年痛风患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和干预组两组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规的健康宣传教育,干预组患者在常规宣教的基础上实施护理干预,对两组患者的生活质量进行评定。结果两组患者在护理干预前的血尿酸水平基本一致,无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;对照组患者血尿酸水平护理前后变化不大,差异无显著性(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义;干预组患者血尿酸水平护理前后变化显著,差异有显著性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。对照组患者复发率为63.3%;干预组患者复发率为43.3%,干预组患者的复发率明显低于对照组。结论护理干预能够提高老年痛风患者的生活质量,控制血尿酸的稳定以及降低痛风的复发率,具有良好的治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life of elderly patients with gout. Method Randomly selected from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of elderly patients with gout as research subjects, according to the table of random numbers divided into two groups of control and intervention groups, 30 cases each. The control group were treated with conventional health education, nursing intervention for patients in the intervention group on the basis of conventional education on the quality of life of two groups of patients were assessed. Result Two groups were basically the same in the blood uric acid level of care before the intervention, there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）, comparable; in the control group serum uric acid level of care little change, the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）, not statistically significant; the patients before and after the blood uric acid level nursing intervention group changed significantly, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）, statistically significant. The control group of patients relapse rate was 63.3%; the intervention group were recurrence rate was 43.3%, the recurrence rate of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with gout, uric acid control and stability and to reduce the recurrence of gout has a good therapeutic effect, should be widely applied.
