摘　　要：目的:观察Livin在不同病理分型脂溢性角化病组织中的表达情况。方法:脂溢性角化病病例120例(6个类型,每种病理类型各20例),并以10例正常包皮组织作为对照,采用免疫组化SP法对所有病例的Livin表达情况进行染色检测。结果:Livin在不同病理分型的脂溢性角化病组织中的阳性表达率均高于正常包皮组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同病理分型脂溢性角化病组织中Livin的表达强度差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脂溢性角化病组织普遍表达Livin,提示其发病可能与凋亡抑制相关,其发生可能与Livin表达上调有关;Livin在脂溢性角化病组织中的表达强度与病理分型无关,提示不同病理分型SK组织细胞凋亡过程中可能存在相同路径。Objective：To explore the expression of Livin in different pathologic types of seborrheic keratosis. Methods：120 cases with SK were grouped by pathologic classification（6 types and every groups have 20 cases）,10 cases of prepuce of nomal men as control,Immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of Livin in all cases. Results：The positive expression rate of livin in 6 pathologic classification groups of seborrheic keratosis were significantly higher than in normal prepuce tissues（P〈0.05）;There were no significant differencens in the positive expression levels of Livin among different pathologic classification groups of seborrheic keratosis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The higher expression of Livin are observed widespreadly in all types seborrheic keratosis,it suggested that Livin may related with apoptosis inhibition,and play an important role in the pathgenesis of seborrheic keratosis.; The expression levels of Livin in SK are not associated with pathologic types,it indicated that there could be a same mechanism in the cells apoptosis of different pathologic types of seborrheic keratosis.
