摘　　要：目的：分析抗肿瘤药物不良反应发生特点、临床表现、临床转归,为临床合理与安全使用抗肿瘤药物提供依据。方法：对我院2012~2015年上报的抗肿瘤药物不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果：医院应进一步加强ADR的监测,避免严重不良反应发生,同时药师要积极参与用药安全管理,促进临床合理用药。Objective：To analyze adverse events of anticancer drugs,clinical manifestations,clinical outcomes,etc.,provide the basis for clinical rational and safe use of anticancer drugs. Methods：antineoplastic adverse reactions in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively reported. Results：Hospital should further strengthen ADR monitoring to avoid serious adverse events,and pharmacists should actively participate in the management of drug safety,to promote rational drug use.
