摘 要:分析了玻璃直线四边磨边机的工艺流程和控制要求,确定了控制系统的总体设计。详细介绍了控制系统的硬件电路构成、系统程序设计流程和人机交互方式。设计了以PLC为核心手动与自动一体的立式玻璃直线四边磨边机开放式控制系统,完成了玻璃输入、检测、磨边、输出等自动化生产的管理,提高了玻璃磨边加工的生产效率和自动化水平,系统人机交互功能友好且运行稳定可靠。The technological process and control requirements of the glass straight four edge grinding ma- chine were analyzed in the paper. The overall design of the control system was determined. The hardware circuit of the control system, the design process of the system and the way of human-computer interaction were introduced in detail. The PLC as the core of the integrated manual and automatic vertical glass four edge grinding machine open control system was designed, and the glass input, inspection, edge grinding and output production automation management were completed. The glass grinding edge processing pro- duction efficiency and automation level were raised. The man-machine interactive function of the system is friendly and the operation is stable and reliable.
