摘 要:SuperClaus硫磺回收工艺属于"超比例"[即摩尔比n(H2S)/n(SO_2)>2]操作模式,过程气在富H2S条件下进行反应。文中介绍了Super Claus硫磺回收工艺流程和特点,并通过模拟对装置参数和过程气进行了计算分析,模拟计算的总硫回收率与实际运行数据较吻合,相对误差仅0.090 5%,说明软件模拟数据对实际操作具有很好的指导意义。最后文中扩展模拟了Euro Claus,其总硫回收率可达到99.64%。SuperClaus sulfur recovery technology belonged to "off ratio" operating mode, with the mole ratio of HE S/SO2 〉 2, in which the process gas reacted under rich gas conditions. The SuperClaus sulfur recovery process and characteristics were introduced, and the parameters of device and process gas were calculated and analyzed by simulation. The total sulfur recovery ratio calculated by the simulation was consistent with actual running data, and the relative grror was only 0. 090 5%, which showed that the simulation data had better significance to actual operation. Also the EuroClaus was simulated, in which the total sulfur recovery ratio can be achieved to 99.64%.
