摘 要:肿瘤干细胞理论认为肿瘤细胞中可能存在少量的肿瘤干细胞,具有维持肿瘤生成的无限自我更新的潜力,肿瘤细胞的自我更新调节信号传导通路和干细胞相似,可能来源于正常干细胞的转化。乙肝相关性肝癌的发生机制与肝脏干细胞的转化存在怎样的联系,目前还不清楚。本文根据肿瘤干细胞理论探讨乙肝相关性肝细胞肝癌恶性转化的机制,为乙肝相关性肝细胞肝癌的预防和治疗寻找新的方法。Cancer stem cell theory considers that in the tumor cells may exist rare cancer stem cells with the potential of infinite self-renewal that drives tumor growth. Tumor cells may originate from the transformation of normal stem cells, and the signaling pathway regulating the self-renewal of tumor cells is similar to that of stem cells. It is still unclear what the relationship is between the development of hepatitis B virus(HBV)-associated hepatocellular carcinoma and the transformation of liver stem cells. In this paper, we focused on the possible mechanisms underlying the malignant transformation of HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma based on the cancer stem cell theory, so as to find new prevention and treatment strategies to fight HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma.
