女性患者生殖道感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解在该院就诊的女性患者生殖道感染(RTI)状况。方法:对2013年10月至2015年9月本院门诊以阴道炎就诊的女性患者阴道分泌物染色检查的结果进行回顾性分析,从患者的年龄及患病的季节分析这些女性患者的病原体感染阳性率及外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)、细菌性阴道病(BV)和滴虫性阴道炎的发病情况。结果:8 549例患者中查出生殖道病原体(含假丝酵母菌、加特纳菌和滴虫)共3 895株,总阳性率为45.56%,其中VVC占22.69%、BV占22.22%,滴虫性阴道炎占0.64%。阳性株数以≤20岁患者最多,总阳性率为60.57%,明显高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);>50岁患者最少,总阳性率为30.45%,明显低于其他年龄段(P<0.05)。VVC和BV发病与季度没有明显关系。结论:该院女性就诊者RTI以VVC和BV为主,滴虫性阴道炎很少。≤20岁女性患有阴道炎时以上3种病原阳性株数检出率较高,提醒临床中重视对这类患者的生殖健康教育。Objective：To investigate the reproductive tract infection （ RTI） in female patients hospitalized in our hospital. Methods：The vaginal secretion of the female patients with vaginitis,who were hospitalized in our hospital between October 2013 and September 2015,were examined by staining test and analyzed retrospectively. According to the age of patients and the infected season,the positive rate of pathogen infection and the prevalence of the vulvovaginal candidiasis （ VVC ） , bacterial vaginosis （ BV ） and trichomonas vaginitis in these female patients were analyzed. Results：A total of 3 895 strains of reproductive tract pathogens （ including candida albicans,gardnerella vaginalis and trichomonas） were detected in 8 549 patients,and the total positive rate was 45. 56%,which accounted for 22.69% VVC,22.22% BV and 0.64% trichomonas vaginitis. The positive strains were maximum in patients≤20 years,and the total positive rate was 60.57%,which was significantly higher than that in other age groups （ P〈0.05） . The positive strains were minimum in patients aged〉50 years,and the total positive rate was 30.45%,which was significantly lower than that in other age groups （P〈0.05）. There was no significant correlation between the prevalence of VVC and BV and the seasons. Conclusion：The female patients hospitalized in our hospital were mainly diagnosed with VVC and BV,and was less diagnosed with trichomonas vaginitis. Higher positive rates of the three pathogens were found in female patients aged≤20 years with vaginitis, suggesting the clinical importance of reproductive health education in these patients.
